We had a great stay for 5 nights.
its location was marvellous and easy, between going to or coming from the phi phi islands.

We loved the prime location of City Hotel, right in front of the Krabi food market and a short walk to the infamous night market. We enjoyed exploring the local stalls and the convenience of having a 7-Eleven right next door. The hotel itself had a modern and spacious lobby, and the rooms were simple yet modern in design. The TV had a variety of channels including HBO and Fox movies. Despite some reviews mentioning a hard bed, we found our bed to be comfortable. The window facing the night market allowed us to enjoy the music in the evening, adding to the atmosphere of our stay. The hotel also provided a small refrigerator in the room. We found the staff to be helpful, especially when we needed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even photocopied our passports upon check-in. Finally, we appreciated the taxi drivers available right in front of the hotel, making transportation easy.

We stayed at City Hotel for a quick stopover and it was perfect. The location was amazing, right between the food market and the weekend market. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for one receptionist who seemed a bit unhappy. Despite that, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying again if we were in the area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Great value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a central location.

It's fairly clean and the hotel staff are very helpful. I booked a room in the old building and when on arrival the room smeels damp and also looks like 40 years ago. I then upgraded to a room in the new building (just 2 buildings joined together) which was much better and where wifi worked
There is no safe in the room and u have to pay to use one. For the rate u pay you should expect breakfast to be provided. Shop around. Lots of other options in town. Btw, unless u plan to do tours outside the town, then Krabi is not worth more than a day. Nothing to do unfortunately

I appreciate the combination of air-conditioning and possibility to open the window.
I would really appreciate a bath in the room, swimming pool and a restaurant in the hotel.
